god, i havent updated in so long! XD.. well here's a shitload-dump of an update! XD

mexico missions trip: omfg it was frigging awesome. i was part of one of 5 construction groups that built houses for the people there... there were miracles and cool ppl and dirt tans and beautiful beaches and fireworks and amazing, fun times... i could go on forever but i'm trying to limit this post... so ask me if ur curious cuz i'll bombard you with stories about it ;)

carleton: i come home from mexico and what do i get? an acceptance package express-mailed from carleton, with a reply due date that passed a month ago... and, (get this...) carleton architecture required me to send in a portfolio, but i didnt do it cuz i was lazy and didnt really want to go... so i didnt finish my application... and they still accepted me... and offered me a $12,000 scholarship. i swear i died of laughter when i saw that...

mcgill: god, im so screwed for registration... i dont know how to do anything... scrap that, i dont know anything... ahha yay course registration's in like a week and i dont know what im gonna do! *dies*

telus world of science: i still cant get over the fact that they changed the name : C... i think we got ripped off by this guy when we were trying to get a parking ticket thing, but wtvr... there was a cool lego exhibit... fun times with ling ting jeffrey gabe n olive
we still have to go to the beach, guys, you know...

pirates 2: "omfg, look, consta, it's mr. collins!" XD... ok, i got the story line... but some minor things i missed... like that lady who talked with the thick accent (all i caught was "you want to know me" "earth" and "to keep away the cold"... rofl)... and the dice game (i obviously suck at gambling)... otherwise... i'd have to say i like pirates 1 better... but im still looking forward to pirates 3 just to see what happens XP

LL's BBQ: shane west's hairline jump, rofl! plus, a walk to remember, asian-style! XP crazy twister, yudan-coal, vinny hand-slapping, water splash-mark entertainment, etc etc. fun times, guys

piano: arct performers? im screwed. arct teachers written? im screwed. oh, and did i mention im screwed?

wisdom teeth: got them removed. swollen, painful, bloody, yay! blood-flavoured everything, yum yum... XP

to all my fellow croftie grads: when are you leaving? we need to see each other off at the airport! (im leaving aug 25)

so yesterday i discovered that my fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and general brain processes are just that much slower / worse when ive only had 3 hours of sleep... in other words, my piano lesson was a joke.

jeez, what to say? it was totally unreal being up there on stage, or even rehearsing and all that... i dont think it's really sunk in that this has happened to me... or maybe it has, and some survival instinct in the back of my brain is preventing me from getting all sentimental... XP

anyways, a giant congrats, i-love-you, i'll-miss-you, and keep-in-touch to my fellow chs 06 grads! yay im happy i actually got something XP although it was kinda not rly spectacular XP... but a ginormous congrats to everyone who won proficiency prizes, citizenship book prizes, cups, awards, and other prizes :D great job everyone!

on a side note, my parents think proficiency prizes are named stupidly - it sounds like, hey, you can do some chem, good for you. rofl. like it should be named mastery or adeptness or excellency prizes or somethign along those lines XD

and a huge thank-you-so-much-thats-so-sweet-of-you to everyone who gave me flowers, i was so surprised to get so many! i totally thought i'd get maybe a single bloom from my mom XP i was so surprised to see chu and ppl there, rather disappointed mike and randall and other ppl didnt show D: but i was glad to see my family n ppl there... was that chrissung's mom btw? it'd be my first and last time seeing her, rofl

no shoutouts cuz they'd be redundant - ive already said most of the stuff to your faces anyways XP

my god.  why do i always update during lang class? rofl. anyways im kinda stuck on my journal right now and im too lazy to go grab my essays so i can talk about how ive improved or wtvr. thus, an update XP

still trying to decide on res for mcgill.  its a tough choice, considering meal plans, co-ed bathrooms, all-girl buildings, and, not-least-of-all, cost...

so apparantly my sister intends to get her tongue pierced.
it's weird how so many ppl know about it, esp. since keegan wasnt supposed to tell, rofl. that kelsey is a weird kid.
my main thought is how insanely pathetic + sad it is that she's always trying to be so h-core + cool (and i say h-core, rofl)
and then i worry that she'll do it out of stupidity and her overwhelming stubbornness and pride (oo, a line from a song in prince of egypt), and then regret it like crazy afterwards... do tongue piercings heal, btw?
sigh. just please god she doesnt get it done somewhere disgusting and illegal and so unsanitary that her tongue develops something and rots off (ew, gross)

we're supposed to be working on our writing assignments due this friday but i need to read my passage first XP
and i realized this morning that i already have a fairly clear idea of what im going to write, but that i havent even read my passage... which means my assignment will have nothing to do with my passage aside from having the same general topic - "art." rofl

grad was amazing

the beach was miserable and cold and wet, but its a part of my grad i'll never forget XDDD
